Procedures
NECK LIFT
This procedure aims to lift and tighten tissues beneath the jaw and neck to enhance the appearance of the mandibular cervical angle. This area can appear poorly defined due to sagging skin, muscles, and fat deposits (jowls), which can make a person look older and heavier. The goal is to create a more defined neck without wrinkles.
The surgical procedure:
During this surgery, a small incision is made below the chin for liposuction to remove fat deposits in the jowl area. The central bands of the neck are also treated to address muscle separation (platysma). Additional incisions are made behind the ears to remove excess skin and tighten the muscle, repositioning it as needed. In most cases, this procedure can be combined with other treatments such as a facelift.
After the surgery, the patient will be fitted with a special neck band designed to reposition and reattach the tissues. Additionally, a drainage system will be put in place to prevent the build-up of fluids. Hospitalization is not required
