BICHECTOMY

Bichectomy is a procedure that involves reducing the volume of the bichat fat pads in the cheeks to create a more defined facial contour. This is done by making small incisions inside the mouth on each side to remove a portion of the fat, enhancing the prominence of the cheekbones It can be combined with double chin liposuction to provide better definition of the mandibular ridge, further enhancing the facial frame
